Bio

Dr. Narjes Gorjizadeh is a condensed matter physicist, author of the #1 Amazon best-selling book Grow Your Mind, Grow Your Life, and certified meditation teacher. Book: Grow Your Mind, Grow Your Life

“I’m impressed!”

Prof. Yoshiyuki Kawazoe, Tohoku University (Japan)

“Dr Narjes Gorjizadeh is one of LivingNow Magazine’s favourite authors. Her articles for us offer valuable insights; and, likewise, this helpful book delivers useful tools for readers to upgrade their lives!”

– Emma Stephens, LivingNow Magazine Editor (Australia)

“As a Life Member of American Psychological Association and as a Fellow of the College of Clinical Psychologists of Australian Psychological Society, I would recommend ‘Grow Your Mind, Grow Your Life’ for all clinicians.”

– Dr. Purna Datta, Psychologist (USA, Australia)

“I don’t think I’ve ever written a book review before but I loved this book so much I wanted to share. I am big into self development and also Eastern practices and I thought I had found a way to marry the two but this book blew me away. The way Narjes blends these two things is so clever and everything she writes is backed by science and psychological theory. It’s not just ideas either, it is so practical with steps we can do every day. The title and picture probably don’t do justice to what you’ll get from this book. Please buy it and see for yourself.”

– N. J. Bennett (Amazon review)

“It’s definitely life changing and goes really well with busy people like us. How remarkable the way Dr Narjes Gorjizadeh has integrated a new approach that is so amazingly effective in teaching us her simple and very practical wisdom. I’m highly motivated and inspired by these techniques which are very impactful and well suitable for today’s lifestyle ! Those very reliable techniques are blended exquisitely with ancient wisdom and modern science, have helped me to manage my stress to a surprising level. I was experiencing lot of stress due to prevailing uncertainty and crisis and after reading this incredible book has now improved my focus, thinking, the way I approach, my energy and then definitely my productivity. A powerful book that should be placed within arms reach and strongly recommended.”

– Dilshan (Amazon review)

Meditation Programs

“It was an excellent presentation and very impactful. It benefited the people who needed it the most. Few testimonials today were improved relaxation, focus, and better sleep as well. Others mentioned that the science background made it more understandable. Thank you very much for developing this course.”

– Dr. Claudia A. Echeverria, Group Leader, Sustainable Carbon Technologies, CSIRO Energy Centre

“Dr Narjes is the finest teacher I have ever met. She taught me the course with enthusiasm and I can’t think of anyone else could have taught me meditation in such an efficient and simple way. In brief, she is the best teacher for meditation.”

– Dr. Smitirupa Biswal, Postdoctoral researcher, SMaRT Centre, UNSW

Mental Health and Stress Management Programs

“Dr. Narjes gave an exceptional talk on mental health and stress management, and what really stood out was her scientific, fact-based approach. Instead of just giving general advice, she explained the why behind stress and how different strategies actually work, which really clicked with our academic audience. Her talk sparked a lot of great discussion and follow-up questions, and it was clear that people found it both practical and thought-provoking. We’re really grateful for her time and insights. Dr. Narjes talk was engaging, informative, and something I think a lot of us will carry forward in our daily lives.”

– Professor John Roberts and Dr Jeffrey Kwan (Chair of School EDI Committee), School of Mathematics & Statistics, UNSW

“The key aim of Dr Narjes is a practical ‘toolbox’ approach. No single ‘silver bullet’ solutions but various approaches, broad based and with research stats to support the effectiveness of each practice. She provides a range of methods to deal with stress and allows a person to try, choose and mix to, at least, relieve the stresses of the current society. Mental health now recognised as everyone’s issue. As Dr Narjes explains, her own experiences in high pressure environments was the driver that started her personal journey to seek and research the available means to cope with stress. An invested journey that she feels would be helpful for others.”

– Alan Chow, Administrative Officer, School of Materials Science and Engineering, UNSW
